Your Excellency,

Remembering the news about how You care for an underage boy who was about to be canned in Singapore, we know how tender and loving a heart that beats within Your being. We shed tears of joy for America to be blessed with a fortune so great to have such a head of state like Yourself.
Thus, we could not help feeling so anguished for the fate of thousands of Vietnamese Refugees in Hong Kong and other camps who have no one to care for them and love them the way You love Your subjects. We know You care for American's lives through Your often hesitation to waste their lives in battles, even when it may bring You personal Heroic glory to the eyes of the world. We also know that You and Your government have been against Forced Repatriation the thousands of VN Refugees, who are fearful of a future in their own homeland, perhaps because they do not have a president and a government worthy of their trust. No matter for what reason, they used often and still want to use their only and precious lives to prove their noble purpose. But recently, the oppressive attack in White Head detention center wounded deeper their bodies and minds. Even women and children were beaten while still suffering tear-gas and mace, pepper fog... Some are still in hospital and may never walk again, a child of six is severely burned along with many others who suffer outer and inner wounds as well as long-term side-effect, together with mental disturbances... We have (and others) received many of the letters of evidence.
We do not want to blame or accuse the Hong Kong Government any more than the people and newspapers already do. We just like to help our brothers and sisters out of the Jail of Horror, with our own resources and financial help. A project has been submitted to many countries but without result, for perhaps they all fear political disadvantage above humanity duty. We represent those who can not speak for themselves behind the barbed-wired wall to beg You for Mercy and Grace, please Grant them a Home, any where in America or help arrange in any other Country, we will be eternally grateful and the Shindler's List will be Yours for eternity.
We would finance all cost steps by steps, accordingly, our financial stature can be verified any way necessary.
